Born as Indra Krishnamurthy in Chennai, India, Indra Nooyi turned out to become one of the most influential people on this planet. She is recognised widely as and Indian-American business executive and is well-known as the former CEO of Pepsico. Currently, she is also one of the board memebers of Amazon and the first indepedent woman director of ICC.

Presently, she resides in Connecticut and has performed several philanthropist activites based in Connecticut.

Her alma matter include the Madras Christian College where she completed her BSc in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Received Post Graduate Programme Diploma from Indian Institue of Managemnt, Calcutta and Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale University

Indra is married to Raj Nooyi and has two daughters.
